Deanna Hart

Hi, I’m Deanna!

I am a passionate, empathetic, and client-centered clinician dedicated to fostering trusting and
supportive therapeutic relationships. As a Master’s of Social Work intern, completing my degree in Spring 2025, I am also a registered social service worker and a proud member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.

With experience as an addiction counselor, I provide holistic, individualized support, emphasizing strengths and resilience. I have worked with individuals navigating multifaceted challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, addictions, eating disorders, ADHD, grief, PTSD, domestic abuse, and sexual assault.

Grounded in the belief that every individual is capable of growth and healing, I am committed to creating a positive, empowering therapeutic experience. I meet clients where they are, standing alongside them on their journey toward well-being and self-discovery.
