How satisfied are you in your life? What do you want your future to look like? Are you experiencing feelings of distrust, panic or frustration? Overwhelmed by life’s demands? Feeling misunderstood, alone? Has there been an escalation of conflict and emotional distress? No more.

Life is challenging and unpredictable. One of our deepest needs as humans is to feel understood. To find an anchor of peace, feel as if your voice is being heard, validated. And, you are NOT alone. We forget, as human beings; we just need to check in, understand that it is helpful and important to look at our goals, ambitions and dreams as it is to define our triggers, stressors that are hindering us from reaching our full potential.

Vulnerability is NOT a weakness. There is no timeline or expectation for therapy. I am here to simplify the process, look to help you prioritize the aspects of your life that you wish to change, remain the same or improve. How to confront life’s hurdles with confidence and learn to have trust in your own capabilities.

My practice is grounded in transparency, empathy and respect. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can go to work through things that are vulnerable to you, without fear of judgment or ridicule. We will work together, as equals, build on your inner strengths, knowledge and direction. I provide client-centred, goal-focused support to teens, adults, couples and families experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, chronic pain, trauma, PTSD, low self-esteem, addictions and relationship difficulties.

My approach is customised using a strong set of practical modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness (MBSR), Trauma Informed Care, and Gottman Method for Couples.
